As recognition to the company’s long-term success in business development and its excellent market position, KCS.net was invited to join the Inner Circle for the sixt time in 2012. In awarding this commendation, Microsoft honours the company’s high level of commitment and its sustained success in sales and customer services. It also commends the company’s focus on selected industry solutions and extensive industry know-how. At Microsoft, the Inner Circle is seen as an elite group of the 51 most strategic Microsoft Dynamics partners from around the globe. 

In addition Microsoft named KCS.net member of the Microsoft Dynamics President's Club in all three countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The prestigious group represents the top five percent of the Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide who reach key business milestones while maintaining a constant dedication to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and an active pursuit of product and technological advancement.

Microsoft hat KCS.net Ende April für die außergewöhnlich erfolgreichen Marktleistungen im Jahr 2011 als „Microsoft Dynamics AX Partner of the Year“ ausgezeichnet. In die Bewertung sind Umsatzwachstum, Neukunden, Userzahlen sowie Kundenreferenzen eingeflossen. Der Award wurde von Ken Wirth, Dynamics Lead Österreich und Ursula Koller, Marketing Manager Microsoft Dynamics an Siegfried Schachl, Managing Director KCS.net Österreich GmbH überreicht. Siegfried Schachl freut sich sehr über die Auszeichnung und fasste den Erfolg kurz zusammen. „Bei ERP geht es vor allem um zwei Dinge: Vertrauen und Sicherheit. Die aktuelle Auszeichnung zeigt, dass wir unseren Kunden beides bieten und unter anderem aufgrund der hohen Kundenzufriedenheit erfolgreich gewachsen sind und weiter wachsen werden.“

Mehr als 3.000 Bewerbungen aus über 100 Ländern, die Basis der Partner of the Year Awards 2011. Innerhalb dieses harten Wettbewerbs konnte KCS.net gleich doppelt punkten.

Finalist im Segment „Vertical Industry“  in der Kategorie „Microsoft Dynamics Manufacturing Partner of the Year“ wurde „KCS.net – the AX manufacturing specialist“ mit der KCS.net-Branchenlösung für die Kunststoffspritz- und Metalldruckgussindustrie. Finalist im Segment „Partner Network Competency“ in der Kategorie „Microsoft  Dynamics ERP Partner of the Year“ wurde „KCS.net - leading AX-partner for industry and trade“ mit der KCS.net-Branchenlösung für den Lebensmittelbereich. Microsoft würdigt mit den Awards innovative und einzigartige Lösungen, mit welchen im vergangenen Jahr die Herausforderungen der Kunden besonders adressiert wurden. In beiden Kategorien, in welchen KCS.net die Awards als Finalist erhält, wurden keine weiteren europäischen Partner ausgezeichnet. Somit hat KCS.net im eigenen Länderbereich Deutschland – Österreich – Schweiz die mit Abstand besten Ergebnisse erzielt.

KCS.net has reached in October 2010 as one of the first AX-Partners the highest level of the new Microsoft partner programme based on its special achievements. In being reviewed for this commendation, we were tested in several disciplines including professional competence, technology know-how and applied project methods. The number of certified employees, sales revenue, customer satisfaction and the number of successfully implemented customer reference projects are also crucial for this qualification.

Only partners awarded the new ERP Gold competency have been able to demonstrate that they have the skills and expertise to integrate customer requirements and their company processes into a high-quality ERP solution accurately and in a targeted manner. Gold competency partners offer the best available solutions in the industry and their benefits for customers have been demonstrated in a rigorous approval process.
