Professional support after go-live

Our aim is to provide our customers with excellent, consistent and long-term support. To ensure we can achieve this, we have created KCS.net, a separate unit to deal exclusively with our existing customers. It will provide professional support following go-live. Because the capacities of our customer service unit are not affected by new project activities, we can offer our customers a high level of staff accessibility, flexibility and availability.

In particular, we have tailored our internal organisation and processes to the special needs of customer service. In solving problems with the AX system or simply answering questions, we guarantee reliable, secure and binding support provided by highly qualified specialists. Experienced and ideally qualified AX consultants are available to ensure continuous further development and adjustments to the ERP solution in catering to changing basic conditions.

But customer service means more to us than merely software, bits and bytes. We also maintain very personal contact with our customers. When they call us, they are not connected to some anonymous call centre, but to a group of people who are absolutely committed to their satisfaction.
