This handbook includes a detailed description of each step in an ERP implementation project. Furthermore, each project step is assigned to the responsible project roles and the necessary project documents. In doing so, we can draw on all of our extensive experience from past implementation projects during each new project. We can thus guarantee that the key steps in an implementation project are implemented in accordance with tried and tested implementation methods.
The project start and planning, execution and monitoring as well as project completion constitute our fundamental project management processes.
