Project management is the key factor for the success of implementation projects. Depending on the size and complexity of the implementation project, we will consider project management either with a project manager on a part-time basis or an exclusive basis without further operational project functions.

As part of our project management services, we pay special attention to the quality of our projects. Quality management is of particular importance at KCS.net, which is why we have developed a project handbook geared towards our company. This handbook includes a detailed description of each step in an ERP implementation project. Furthermore, each project step is assigned to the responsible project roles and the necessary project documents. In doing so, we can draw on all of our extensive experience from past implementation projects during each new project. We can thus guarantee that the key steps in an implementation project are implemented in accordance with tried and tested implementation methods.

The project start and planning, execution and monitoring as well as project completion constitute our fundamental project management processes.

We assign a team to each implementation project, which is responsible for conducting sales, implementation, operation and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
