Software-Wartung

Through software maintenance, our customers are guaranteed deliveries of software updates or new software versions if they are available in KCS.net.

Software updates and software versions cover the following services:

  • Consideration of new or changed legal requirements that have an immediate impact on the intended use of the software
  • Improvement of existing software functions
  • Removal of software errors

Software-Hotline

The software hotline gives our customers access to the following KCS.net services:

  • provision of qualified personnel and the corresponding infrastructure;
  • acceptance of faults documented and qualified by the customer;
  • troubleshooting; and
  • information regarding problems documented by the customer.

Software-Support

In addition, our customers are entitled to the following KCS.net services on purchasing a time-limited quota of software support:

  • intervention in resolving complex faults and provision of information on problems that cannot be solved through the software hotline;
  • creation of new or changes to existing evaluations and forms; and
  • training for key users or system administrators in using the software.

The software hotline is available by phone from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except national holidays).
